Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened kits with used or missing components
- Items damaged through misuse
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at trinkolostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Missing Parts
If your kit is missing parts, do not return it. Contact us at trinkolostore@gmail.com and we will ship the missing components for free.
