Free Shipping on Every Order
At Tinkolo, we believe great STEM kits should come with great shipping. Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum purchase required, no promo codes needed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (free on all orders)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
